Yvette van Eijndhoven
After bag designer Yvette van Eijndhoven and I did a collaboration for my blog, she asked me to create a campaign about her new Nikky bag. The Nikky bag is a transparent shopper, so I came up with the idea to do something with the subject ‘transparant’. So I made this blogpost for her website how the Nikky bag is being made, while Yvette opens up about her personal story behind the bag. For my own blog I also created a series about getting more transparent with my audience, including pictures of me with the bag. We both shared it on our social accounts, and Yvette made a newsletter as well. We also came up with the idea to give a small discount on Nikky’s birthday, Yvette’s sister where the bag is named after. So this is a good example of how I like to turn a product into a story, to create a cool campaign using different tools.

About the designer

Yvette van Eijndhoven creates minimalistic and creative designs with a twist. Her high-fashion bags are made from sustainable materials, often the functional result of a yet unsolved practical request – a remainder from her architectural background. Both sustainability and fair made products are important in the process of creating the high quality items of this ‘s-Hertogenbosch based designer. Her bags are defined as unique must-haves, with a timeless and classic design.
